Go 4 Glory and More Than Gold Deadline Update

Hi Friends!

We have just pushed back our deadline for artist registrations. Please see below:

Artists:

Is the Lord calling you to join us in London for all or part of the More Than Gold outreach? There’s less than 100 days until the London Olympics. Register before the May 11 deadline.  Go to the artist application at this link and fill in asap.  See the attached supporting doc to help you fill it in.  Even if you don't have all the individual forms filled in you need a Mission Team Leaders form just to get you in the system to match you with venues. Central London accommodation at William Booth College can also be booked on this site and it will include breakfast and a packed lunch. This location makes all your transport quicker and cheaper. We also have a wonderful hospitality team to look after you and to help make your visit unforgettable. This is one trip you don't want to miss out on.

Registration reminders:

Fill out the performing and fine arts forms completely so we know what your needs are and how we can best place you. More Than Gold registrants - don't forget to put in your photo, which will be used for security ID badges screened at each venue during the Olympics. Include your promotional information, which will be sent to the venue hosts for publicity and to help them become acquainted with you and your ministry.

Hosting an event/artist:

If you have a venue in London and are looking for artists, then please fill in this “Host application”.The deadline for this is May 1st to enable us to start matching artists with your venue.
