Dance

We are the dancers who dance upon injustice.  From the time of Miriam and her tambourine on the shores of the Red Sea to our DTS hip hop teams…dance is a medium for worship and warfare and rejoicing in His goodness.  Through dance we actually sculpt space – creating visual sound waves that impact audiences.  Many CAS schools include elements of dance - some on the street or in the theater.  It is life giving to move to the rhythm of our faith.

Up 4 The Task: The Stage as a Pulpit

Once on stage the group looks as though they have been dancing together for years. Following their performance, they get excited over feedback that five people received Christ at the event. Communicating through dance and drama is what this small team called Up4TheTask – a Youth With A Mission performing arts ministry - loves to do.

Dance of Restoration

This past week we traveled to a small village where we met 20 women who had lost their husbands in the Genocide. Our team was small because of injuries and sickness so only nine of us (out of thirteen) were able to come and perform.  Let me tell you what our awesome God did.
